Recipe Sausage Fried Bread - Resep Roti Sosis Goreng

Ingredients:
4 white breads
4 sausages
2 eggs (beaten to blend)

Directions:
1. Put bread in the beaten eggs, 3 minutes, lift then put sausage on bread, roll and pressed. Do it with another breads.
2. Heat the oil cooking in frying pan and fry breads until golden brown.

Recipe Meat Potato - Resep Perkedel Daging

Ingredients:
500 gr potatoes (slices)
150 gr ground beef
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 yolk
15 onions (finely sliced)
3 garlic (finely sliced)
pepper
salt
sugar

Directions:
1. Heat the oil cooking in frying pan and fry onions and garlic until golden brown, fry potato slices until half cooked.
2. Fried onions and fried potatoes finely crushed, add meat, yolk, cornstarch, salt, pepper and sugar, mix well, shape into flattened round then fry until golden brown.

Recipe Soto Ayam - Resep Soto Ayam

Ingredients:
2 chicken breads
1 ltr chicken broth
3 cm galangal (flattened)
1 lemongrass
2 bay leaves
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp oil cooking

Subtle Spice:
10 onions
2 garlic
4 cm turmeric (baked)
sugar
salt
pepper

Additional:
1 pack glass noodles (soak in warm water)
3 boiled eggs
1 pack bean sprouts
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped

Directions: 

- Boil water in a saucepan, add chicken, 10 - 15 minutes, lift then fried in hot oil cooking, lift and cut into chunks.
- Heat 2 tsp oil cooking and fry subtle spice, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant spices finely then add chicken broth, boiled 10 minutes.
- Serve: put in the small bowl chicken, egg, bean sprouts, glass noodles then pour the chicken broth, add celery, green onion and fried onions

Recipe Surabaya Soup - Resep Rawon - Resep Garang Asem

Ingredients:
500 gr ribs (slices)
2 tbsp oil cooking
250 gr fried emping

Spices:

3 garlic (flattened)
10 onions (finely sliced)
5 black Nut/kluwek (finely sliced)
5 cayenne pepper (slices)
4 cm turmeric (baked-flattened)
2 lemongrass (flattened)
4 cm galangal (flattened)
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp soy sauce
tamarind
salt
pepper
sugar

Directions:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil cooking and saute spices until cooked and smell good, boilled water in a saucepan, add rib and saute spices, simmer until 20 - 25 minutes.

- Serve with EMPING.

Recipe Sweet Cassava - Resep Singkong Thailand

Ingredients:
2 kg cassava (chucked)
250 gr sugar
5 pandan
salt

Sauce:
500 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt
3 pandan

Directions:

1. Put water, cassava, salt and pandan in a saucepan, boiled 20 minutes then add sugar.
2. Sauce: boiled coconut milk with cornstarch, salt and pandan, stirr slowly until boiling.
3. Serve: put sweet cassava on a small plate and pour with coconut milk sauce.

Recipe Fried Chicken Turmeric - Resep Ayam Goreng Kunyit

Ingredients:
1 chicken (12 pcs)
2 lemongrass (flattened)
2 bay leaves
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp oil cooking
100 ml water

Subtle Spice:
4 garlic
10 onions
4 cm turmeric (baked)
4 cm galangal
2 tbsp coriander (baked)
salt
pepper
sugar

Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil cooking and saute spices, lemongrass, bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves until cooked and smell good, add chicken, stir 5 minutes then add water, boil until the water dried.
2. Heat the oil cooking in frying pan and fried chicken until golden brown.

Recipe Chicken Croquettes - Resep Kroket Ayam

Ingredients:
500 gr chicken (finely minced)
5 breads
200 ml milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 bunch celery (chopped)
2 eggwhite
200 gr panir flour
salt
pepper
sugar

Directions:
1. In a bowl soak breads in 200 ml liquid milk after 5 minutes add chicken, melted butter, cornstarch, celery, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar, mix well, shape into flattened round then roll into eggwhite and drag into panir flour.
2. Heat the oil cooking in frying pan and fried croquettes until golden brwon. Serve with cayenne pepper or chili sauce.

Recipe Shrimp Paste Sambal - Resep Sambal Terasi

Ingredients:
2 pack shrimp paste / terasi udang (roasted)
15 cayenne pepper
1 tomato
sugar
tamarind

Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil cooking, saute spices and blended well.

Recipe Kudus Style Chicken Soup - Resep Soto Kudus

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
2 ltr water
3 cm galangal
2 lemongrass - flattened
4 kaffir lime leaves
3 bay leaves

Subtle Spice:

8 onions
10 garlic
6 hazelnut
2 cm ginger
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Pepper
Sugar

Additional:

Egg (sliced)
Lemon
Soy sauce
Onions (finely sliced and fried)
Garlic (finely sliced and fried)
Celery (crushed)

Condiment:

cayenne pepper
garlic (crushed)
soy sauce

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the subtle spice, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and bay leaves, stir it slowly until smell good. Add chicken, stir slowly then add water and cook over low heat until boiling.
2. Drain the chicken and fry until golden brown then finely sliced.
3. Serving: put the sliced chicken and egg then pour with the hot broth, add soy sauce, fried onions and garlic, celery then lemon and condiment.
