Recipe Coconut Milk Rice - Resep Nasi Uduk

Ingredients:
900 gr rice
1 lt thick coconut milk
3 bay leaves
1 cm galangal, smashed
3 pandan
2 lemongrass, smashed
salt
fried onions

Peanut Sauce:
Red chili, stew
Salt
Garlic
Fried peanuts, finely crushed
Vinegar
Sugar
Hot water.

Directions:
- Cook coconut milk with bay leaves, galangal, pandan, lemonggrass and salt to boiling then add the rice and bring to a boil (stir occasionally) until the milk dries up. Then steamed until cooked.
- Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.

Directions with Rice Cooker:
- Wash rice and drain off the water, add the coconut milk, bay leaves, pandan, lemongrass, galangal and salt, cook in rice cooker.
- Once cooked rice, stir until well blended and NASI UDUK is ready for you to enjoy.

Directions peanut sauce:
- Mash smooth, red chilli, garlic, and peanuts. Then brewed with hot water add vinegar, salt, and sugar.

Recipe Butter Fried Chicken - Resep Ayam Goreng Mentega

Ingredients: 
1 chicken (cut into chunks)
200 gr flour
1 eggwhite
3 garlic (make it puree)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup english
1 lime/lemon
1 onions
pepper
salt

Directions: 

- Mix chicken pieces with salt, garlic, pepper and egg white then dredge into the flour until blended, fry until golden brown.
- Heat the butter in frying pan and add onions,salt and pepper, stir until onions wilt then add soy sauce, ketchup and chicken pieces, stir 5 - 10 minutes. Serve with lime/lemon juice on it.
