Ingredients:
2 kg cassava (chucked)
250 gr sugar
5 pandan
salt
Sauce:
500 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt
3 pandan
Directions:
1. Put water, cassava, salt and pandan in a saucepan, boiled 20 minutes then add sugar.
2. Sauce: boiled coconut milk with cornstarch, salt and pandan, stirr slowly until boiling.
3. Serve: put sweet cassava on a small plate and pour with coconut milk sauce.
