Ingredients:
500 gr chicken (finely minced)
5 breads
200 ml milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 bunch celery (chopped)
2 eggwhite
200 gr panir flour
salt
pepper
sugar
Directions:
1. In a bowl soak breads in 200 ml liquid milk after 5 minutes add chicken, melted butter, cornstarch, celery, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar, mix well, shape into flattened round then roll into eggwhite and drag into panir flour.
2. Heat the oil cooking in frying pan and fried croquettes until golden brwon. Serve with cayenne pepper or chili sauce.
