Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
2 ltr water
3 cm galangal
2 lemongrass - flattened
4 kaffir lime leaves
3 bay leaves
Subtle Spice:
8 onions
10 garlic
6 hazelnut
2 cm ginger
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Additional:
Egg (sliced)
Lemon
Soy sauce
Onions (finely sliced and fried)
Garlic (finely sliced and fried)
Celery (crushed)
Condiment:
cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the subtle spice, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and bay leaves, stir it slowly until smell good. Add chicken, stir slowly then add water and cook over low heat until boiling.
2. Drain the chicken and fry until golden brown then finely sliced.
3. Serving: put the sliced chicken and egg then pour with the hot broth, add soy sauce, fried onions and garlic, celery then lemon and condiment.
