Ingredients:
2 chicken breads
1 ltr chicken broth
3 cm galangal (flattened)
1 lemongrass
2 bay leaves
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp oil cooking
Subtle Spice:
10 onions
2 garlic
4 cm turmeric (baked)
sugar
salt
pepper
Additional:
1 pack glass noodles (soak in warm water)
3 boiled eggs
1 pack bean sprouts
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
Directions:
- Boil water in a saucepan, add chicken, 10 - 15 minutes, lift then fried in hot oil cooking, lift and cut into chunks.
- Heat 2 tsp oil cooking and fry subtle spice, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant spices finely then add chicken broth, boiled 10 minutes.
- Serve: put in the small bowl chicken, egg, bean sprouts, glass noodles then pour the chicken broth, add celery, green onion and fried onions
